CREW Membership Information

The Cascadia Region Earthquake Workgroup would like to welcome you to the team. If you would like to be actively involved with CREW, attend quarterly meetings, review or participate on CREW working groups and elect members of our board, please consider becoming a member! All that is necessary is to fill out the membership application below.

Membership Type	Annual Dues	Benefits
Active Individual Member	No Fee	Members receive special rates for CREW sponsored meetings, special seminars and workshops, inclusion of member contact information in CREW on-line membership roster and notification of CREW activities. Members receive a free copy of CREW's "Business Survival Kit". Active members are eligible to vote for directors at annual meetings and to hold office. Must live or work in Cascadia Region.
